Whether these good seeds have the opportunity to grow depends entirely on our surrounding environment and experiences. You do not need to doubt whether you truly possess a Buddha body. There must have been a time when you all had the capacity to understand, forgive, and love. These are the seeds of the Buddha body you possess. Now,

Recently, I have been thinking a lot about the need for regular training of the human mind, just as we exercise regularly to infuse new energy and build a healthy body. Thich Nhat Hanh: Wisdom of Life
Thich Nhat Hanh is a bestselling author whose book *Anger* sold one million copies in Korea in 2001, as well as a meditator and one of the world's most respected spiritual leaders. "Thay" is a Vietnamese term for a teacher, and Thich Nhat Hanh is referred to as "Thay." In 2017, a feature-length documentary about Thich Nhat Hanh titled "Walk with Me" was filmed and released in the United States; it garnered significant attention as Benedict Cumberbatch, the lead actor in *Sherlock*, participated in the narration. Thich Nhat Hanh left his homeland in 1975 following the communist takeover of Vietnam and established Plum Village, a meditation community in southwestern France. The fundamental principle of meditation he preaches, "mindfulness" (translated as "fulfillment of the mind" in this book), is already widely known globally. In difficult times, we need to understand ourselves and the world first. We harbor a multitude of questions internally and are exposed to them day and night, consciously or unconsciously; yet in reality, we face aging and death without curiosity, joy, or fear. In this book, Thich Nhat Hanh presents the art of living with a mindset that helps answer life's deepest questions and experience the happiness and freedom we desire. For the first time, Thich Nhat Hanh offers seven variations of meditation that present a new perspective on the interconnectedness of our lives, human relationships, and the world around us. This book was edited by monks who received teachings from ‘Thai’ before he was suddenly hospitalized in November 2014, the year he turned eighty-eight, following an unexpected stroke.
