Description

The author of the book, Mr. Takayuki Kobayashi, is a sociologist in Japan who has devoted his entire life to Korean social research and education. Korean society, we know, has expanded its research field not only by itself, but by the way, by the different views that we have taken on in our relationship to the outside. He recently studied comparative social sciences in terms of music, including Korean Trott and Japanese Enka, and that's the result of a group of music social studies. It seems that no other country has ever been able to compare this book with the comprehensive public music of both countries. In South Korea, particularly, there are few professional writings on the Enka genre in Japan. Although many excellent comments about the trots are made in the country with the recent Trot boom, it is a book that provides the full coverage of the trotte by citing the parallel and Enkas and by dictating them from outside. It is a very welcome book in the academic world, where there is a need for the comparison of Trot and Enka.
