In a new scientific, technical, and information-intelligence society, our education must be committed to actively responding to new environmental changes, to raising human resources that can respond to national and social demands as creative knowledge management. Especially, engineering education should focus on all its capabilities to bring together a universal non-sensical element of knowledge, which can meet the demands of the age, beyond all boundaries, through a combination of congruence and complexity and academicity. For this, the author wrote this book with some caution, based on systematic education, research and field experience for technological innovation, so that students can respond effectively and efficiently to the technological innovations in the field based on the knowledge they have learned in school. First, it's a broad introduction of basic and key theories for the design and interpretation of instruments so that we can understand the overall flow of technology. To do so, we have presented a structural and systematic approach to solving problems based on the latest information, with a clear conceptual definition of each of the various phenomena of expertise. Secondly, the emphasis on the harmony and creativity of the new education has made learning structure for knowledge management. The more specific issues that should be developed, the more specific ones, have been provided so that students can analyze themselves and use combined knowledge strategically so that they can develop new opportunities and ways to invent innovative products.
