Our training at the Korean Association of Postural Integration Pilates makes rehabilitation Pilates, which can seem daunting because it incorporates anatomy, easy for anyone to assess and apply in lessons. It offers immediate effectiveness, reproducible results that can be achieved after training, and objectivity grounded in research and the instructors' extensive clinical experience rather than personal opinion. Teachers who complete our association's training can analyze and reason from anatomical evidence about why a client's posture is misaligned or painful, plan appropriate exercise prescriptions and lesson programs, and systematically explain and support the reasons. By choosing from dozens or hundreds of exercises on a solid theoretical basis, they can create more efficient lesson programs that produce good results for the clients they teach. This will make teaching more enjoyable for them as Pilates instructors and fitness professionals. We always welcome teachers who aim to specialize in rehabilitation Pilates and anyone interested in rehabilitation exercise. Song Giyeon, President of KPIPA, the Korean Association of Postural Integration Pilates.
