You think some of your paybacks, your money, your transportation, your food, your benefits are low? Social dialogues that have been re-opened in 20 years, surrounding the problem of putting the population in the range of entry, are breaking down. The government, the source of the candle-light revolution in 2017, has presented the Labor Respect Society as a major task. Social dialogues presented in 1998 as a way to overcome the economic crisis are being re-appropriated in 20 years. Social dialogue was on another crossroads with the task of polarizing labor markets and income inequality. What is social conversation, why is it necessary, where should it go? Social conversation is an attempt to answer these questions. Is it the Son-young Seoul City, studying the labor problems of Korea and France? The results of the study were a result of the last 20 years of what the commission of the Centers for Research has seen, heard, read and felt about the social dialogue in France. At first I wondered why France, with low union organizational rates, would introduce 35-hour labor and record 80 percent of the application of the Convention. The reality has come to the conclusion that democracy as a whole is the product of social dialogue, which has treated labor as the main part of social operations and partners in the process of getting to the place and actually making progress. The search for a model of social dialogue that suited South Korea's reality, based on the French experience of social conversation, was naturally the next challenge.
