Shin Kyung-sook: Female leadership is a competitive advantage.
By the end of the 1970s, there were very few women in our country who were involved in politics and economics because while the authoritarian and patriarchal culture of Korea had been a barrier to the social progress of women, it was not the only way to prevent women from doing so. But now, with the full increase in economic activity and the rise in women's population, women’s passing on public office, such as officials, and capable female CEOs, women'S congressmen, and female presidents can be seen with ease. But the reality is that half the world's women are missing women leaders without their chin. Women's leadership is compared to male leadership in that it places more emphasis on personal relationships and considerations than on people and their lives. Women's social involvement in knowledge-intelligence societies is particularly being made possible by organizations that are democratic and autonomous. The book is about the advantages of female leadership and how women's leadership can be achieved from the concept definition of competitive female leadership.
