The world has been becoming more and more specialized in people who are flexiblely adapted to change and who are depressed about change. In some ways, the changes that will take place over the years are coming up and they're going to wake up. The unpleasant and annoying reality was so great that the people who sat down and went through the situation were given an opportunity to do so. I too was lost in the year 2004. I was so frustrated and often angry that I couldn't cope with the change.
It's management book that doesn't even start the best in bookstores. I thought it was a field that was rarely connected with me and that it was not really meant to be read by the horses in it. It was perhaps a very heavy book to read the management books when I thought of it. But I realized again in this book that reading doesn't help anything. Big reset. It was hard for me to survive the management line as I entered the Postcoona era. One individual must find work in a new way to survive the
The reset button was impressive to hear that it had already been pressed. It's not just a reset, it's a big re-recession, and it feels like you have to re-boot everything from head to foot, but start all over again after the system has begun. In the book, the writer says that our society is now restructuring at a speed in all areas and we should also try what we call "big set" that requires a major change in the nature of thinking systems beyond the reset. The author calls it self transmersion.
I recommend this book to the personnel director, of course, the lead of the organization and everyone who needs growth. And more than anything else, it's a little bit of a hard core text, which is very helpful.
While much has changed since Pandemimix, experts are predicting that much will change even after the situation is dissolved. The book Big Reset, by HR expert Sim-Emmun, explains the goals and content of the change that are needed for executives and members of organizations since Pandemi. The title of the book is Big Reset, not Reset because it's a huge shift that changes the nature of thinking systems and not just the new level of starting. The author takes the self-transportation to prepare
I've been thinking about traveling a lot lately. When the Pandeminic situation ends, and you feel as comfortable as before, where do you want to go, what kind of trip? I met a book that helped me to think more about what "any journey" is. A tour translator from Western history, and now a fair travel planner, the book "I wonder, You Are the Journey.". Fair travel is not a trip to large and big, but a journey that brings benefits to the locals. It's a journey that will eventually make it
In this age of change and crisis, there is a lot of topics and content that everyone should think about at one time. I need you to read the book that we need to take time to look back at ourselves! It's a book that, when it comes to the last chapter of the book, gives us confidence that the year 2021 will be more meaningful and filled with work.
Shim Hyo-yeon: The Big Reset
Corona19, how to deal wisely with the crisis that has come upon you! The capacity of the core talent that HR experts have analyzed and the culture of global enterprises is public! What's different about the companies and the core materials that grow in Post Corona? This is for members of the organization, top management, and job reserve. The authors have been working and analyzing the core of the HR experts for years, including all the common capacity of the global corporate organization culture. In the era of Corona, where everything is changing rapidly, we need self-transformation, not just change. The self-transition is the ‘thinking system’ with the intuition,” that can deal with quick judgment and flexibility in times of uncertainty, such as in Corona. The Koreans are now pursuing not only global enterprises but also large corporations, Kakao and Neiberdo, who are also a self-immolation. Workers who feel the need for jobs and changes to be part of the organization, and the top executives who run the company, can use this book to cut down on unnecessary error and error in establishing the capacity of self-transportation. It will be a ‘practicing book’, not a formal category of self-help, for those who are wandering about how to change in rapidly changing industrial environments.
