Seonjeongwon et al.: Local Survival and Policy Law

The imbalance in the water supply and the fat has been a problem for a long time. And in the 2000s, the phenomenon was becoming more and more acute as aging and underage are causing local populations to become more and less localized, and local businesses are losing their competition and jobs, increasingly crowding into the water market. A second theme of the series of studies of local policy laws is the local survival and policy laws. As law school researchers stick and strengthen and adhere to the law center in the law school system, there is a marked lack of interest and research in the crisis of local extinction. The decline of Korean society in the absence of law means no meaning to exist, so when the crisis of local extinction comes, we need to step aside and look for an alternative to overcome it, but we lack the power of a counter-constitution to meet the challenge. The book consists of three chapters. Chapter one deals with the policy and legal basis of local survival. A policy is used to help people receive the same status as local water. Chapter 2 deals with problems with regional extinction by population decline and overcomes the current direction of localizedization, the concept of urban and innovative cities and their limitations, the living conditions of the urban population. Chapter three deals with the rise and regulation of the local industry, restricting tourism and sales, reviewing environmental regulations on increased corporate scale, protection of property rights and health rights for neighboring peoples, and seeking to turn "commercially-incentive" into a suitable model for our country.
