This is a basic commentary that author has written about the experience of office in capital markets, and how students and market experts at law of capital markets can easily understand the vast and difficult ways of capital market laws based on the data and experience they have accumulated. It was also written in a lecture, as it were, in a way that did not refer to and discuss other scholars' books and papers, as the general manual does. This is the author's intention to make it easy for readers who are not familiar with capital market laws.
