Description

Oriental women first rediscovered the law of Suk-young, professor of Harvard Law School. It's a book that has given new perspectives of the subject that laws apply by decoding and reinterpreting modern assumptions about the basic framework of family laws that have been followed since. The author says that the government must now come home to protect women from their host male, as a means of engaging in criminal and domestic law, laws and laws, human beings, theories and reality. The United States Law and Social Society has won the Prize for the Prize to Herbert Jacobs as the best legal book this year.

Suk-young. 2009. Rediscovering the Law. It was a book I had never been interested in before, and it was one that we bought and bought her “world I wanted to see” because of the title“Professor Harvard Life.”. It was a book that I hoped and read but once again confirmed the difficulty of translation. It's not easy to read in English, but it's hard to read one word. It was a title of reinterpretation of the law as a common man, and it was hard to get into.
