Description

The subject of the book is a substitution system that our country's people care about. While he has been working from all walks of life to get rid of the gratuitousness, it still matters which college he graduates from in the real world and affects the honor and prestige of his home. So 12 years of education after elementary school, when the end of the program is reached, and the system changes, it has to follow. It's not as desirable as education is, but sadly it's a matter of decision. The substitution system is based on a lot of policies. There are a lot of issues involved: high school leveling, high school and the low-level and low-income issues of self-interest, local balance and social integration, private education, college rank, water and mercy, three-dollar policy and college autonomy. But so far, there's no multidimensional academic literature that has looked at the substitution system in depth. There's not much data to explain systematically the system itself, let alone deep-dry analysis. To explain the phenomenon of substitution, it is not easy to approach education policies, as it requires a wide range of knowledge beyond education, education society, curriculum, education, educational history, and understanding of the changes in the historical nature and social order of Korean society. It is a pleasure to see that the authors of the long-term field of work and experience, who have been working on this problem, are willing to make a multi-dimensional analysis of the substitution system. They easily solved the complex system and, above all, arranged it with a great array of data and a remarkable look at the situation in the past decades so that we can look at all of the substitutions.
