*Human Rights of People with Mental Disabilities* consists of four parts. The final Part 4, "A Long Journey Toward Dignity," focuses on the domestic situation, unlike the other parts. Based on domestic research reports, it summarizes the structural problems of long-term hospitalization—unique to other countries—and the human rights violations occurring within facilities, and proposes its own alternatives to resolve these issues.
