For us, SF is such a brilliant product of scientific imagination, and therefore there is a sense of collectiveity that it would be more likely to fit into a more liberal and materially prosperous country than in a rigid system. In that sense, what if there were SF in what we call the Eastonto Kingdom, the country that seemed to be least compatible with the SF? What if it was already a living creation in the mid-50s? To my surprise, it's all true. North Korea actively pushed the creation and publication of SF as a national policy. If our country had SF in its vicinity as a bastard, North Korea saw it as one of the many important deficits that would enlighten the public. So I gave them the proper name. "The Art of Science" is the official name North Korea calls its own SF.
