It's similar to Czerny, but I think the pieces are more interesting. I bought it to play the piano again, and I like it because the sheet music is easy to read. I recommend it.

I bought this recalling the fun I used to play at an academy when I was young, but when I try playing along to the metronome at the indicated tempo, I wonder what kind of children this textbook is intended for.

I like that the sheet music is very large, as my eyesight is very bad. It highlights the key playing points for each piece. There are also explanations for things like musical notation. I bought this as a supplementary textbook as I plan to start Czerny. Even though they are etudes, the pieces are truly, truly beautiful. The book is thin, and the paper quality is flimsy. I am learning as an adult hobby; the sheet music is on the easier side (it isn't very difficult), but it is not easy to play

I bought this to practice alongside my academy textbook. I like that the sheet music is large and clear. There are explanations here and there, and key points are highlighted. It isn't very easy to play, so it requires a lot of practice. It is suitable for the beginner level of Czerny.

I took on this again after decades since I played it as a child. It’s the beginning stage of Czerny, and it seems like a good book for practicing. I like that the sheet music is large and clear, especially since I’ve developed presbyopia.

I bought this as a gift for adult lessons. It's great that I got a discount and could purchase it quickly using the Barodream service.

I bought this to play the piano I used to play as a child again. It's comfortable because it has springs, and the set is well-made.

As a performance textbook, it is written in a way that is easy for children to understand, and the fitting illustrations are a bonus.

This is my umpteenth purchase. Among the Burgmüller books on the market, this one is easy to read, and the illustrations are carefully included.
