Description

Instead of the existing two-dimensional drawings, BIM is a way to build or process a building in a computer using a 3D model. The 2009 circumnavigation of the building, known as Japan's BIM, was also a milestone in the computer, or was turned into a Wark. At the time, the BIM use target was level 1 (represented as 3D), level 2 (using interpretation or simulation with a BIM model), level 3 (building workflows that exchange the data and the BMM model), but it had a feeling of realization much faster. Maybe we were evaluating BIM as a tool that was convenient for human designers and engineers. But now drones, construction robots, 3D printings, AIs, and other things that were being constructed and built into the ground have been able to continue to appear and use machines and systems that were not thought of during Japan's BIM prime of life. And the BIM model, which combined 3D images and attributes of buildings with computer-controlled machinery and communication tools, was expected to be the source of communication for the content of the building. The article was written to help the beginners understand the latest information and large images of machines and systems related to BIM, as well as the evolution of ICT (information technology) in these construction industries.
