Description

Who am I to say that I am the "Divorce of Me" by the meditationist Philip Spirs, who is the most important person in the world? Am I aware? “The awareness of awareness is the essence of meditation. The meditation of the Rupert spy emphasizes that it is not a quest for special enlightenment or new experience. To reach the tranquillity and happiness that exists within the deepest and most essential of all, most meditations say that it teaches one to calm one's mind, focus one’s mind and observe the heart. Meditation is the only thing that wants to be clear about the nature of the mind. It shows that it's the only form of meditation that doesn't have to be directed to the mind, that doesn’t need to focus or control the mind. This book begins with a quest for the "in essence of self.". The profound teaching of the Upanishads and the key question of Indian Vedanta philosophy is, “Who am I? “Am I Aware?”. A brief and insightful answer. Finding me, really noticing who I am, is what they say, real meditation. By "studying" I realize that my nature is a calm and happy one. This book, which we are exploring ourselves, will make us realize that the constant tranquillity and joy of life that we all long for is already within us.

Reading about the quandary of the intestinal cask and internal pain, I read and studied every week with meditation, which was very helpful in my little wingbeating to get to know me inside.
