Although author's definition is similar to Lolls's justice in setting up the freedom of the modern meaning by a condition of distributed equality, if Rolls is focused on the fairness of process and outcome, it is different for Dewarkin to focus on the institutional guarantee of opportunity equality and potential ape-in. In this respect, his view is the same as that of the principle of equality of freedom, and his view resembles that of Luxembourg's production and distribution democracy.

The definition of the theory was translated by Professor Park Shangsin as a backlog of the world's most famous forensic and political thinker Ronald DeWakin.
