Description

Dr. Rob Grey goes for a walk and sees young kids playing sports in the park. The football field is practicing the drying of the cones on the floor. The children are standing in a row waiting their turn. Other sports stadiums practice high school football teams running through multiple tires. The baseball field is showing the ball on the battingty and practicing its blows. In a tennis court, one player is practicing for the strok. Repeat the practice of hitting the ball that the coach has put up on the un-hand and handing it over to the other coat. Looking at these sights, Dr. Grey's head is covered with a big question mark. "Is this the best way to learn sports skills? "This is the journey Dr. Grey leaves with his readers to find answers to this question. The latest studies in sports and athletic learning are used to explain the story with interesting examples. The idea is to take practice and exercise skills from the traditional mode of coaching that emphasizes 'the basics, 'good form' and'repeat training' to a new perspective.

Goat. And we went back a long way before we found this book. Why not? What do we do? Ping-Pong, comic, games, Wets. I've been in the field of physical skill for a very long time. The lesson from the National Congress, the text/book of near 100 copies. Over-existing water in the year. Lumovini Pikeney's Perceptual Training Games. I felt like I wasn't good enough, but I still felt that I was too slow to invest. I didn't even read the book. I've seen books like [the brain nervous connections] and

I don't really cover the material very much, so it makes sense. I think it's going to be interesting to the public as well as professional coaches.

The content is very good, but the basic misspelling is so many that it gives a strong sense to wonder if you should pay for this book. The publisher has been eating the highest level of original work.
