Richard Bellamy: citizenship
Not everyone can expect to behave in a more moral way to create a more ethical society, a democratic life-based basis for self-reliance and the change in moral achievement and possibility of civil rights that all equal citizens have. Because, rather than the selfish actions of some, human limited knowledge and thinking ability, diverse and complex social dilemmas are a variable. So political regulations allow the interaction to be more efficient and smooth. Most people need to engage in civil service in order to achieve equal freedom and security within this system. The book explains how the history of the development of citizenship, whether it is a member of citizenship and the three factors that are involved in rights and participation have affected the character and reality of citizenship. The fact that living within the borders of a nation is not only essential but inevitably makes it very difficult for citizenship to be a part of the problem for two reasons. First, it seems unfair to prevent some people from enjoying equal rights with other citizens by not granting them full membership over the influence of a particular country. Second, when we think about the fact that our country is the result of a coincidence of birth, it also seems unfair to try to prevent us from moving to another country in search of better opportunities.
