Description

Osaka is a city known by the nicknames "The Kitchen of the World" and "Kuidaore," meaning one can go bankrupt from eating too much. True to its nicknames, countless culinary delights form the foundation of Osaka. However, Osaka's charms extend far beyond that. While the grand and dazzling cityscape of the city center captivates the eye, take a slight detour to the side streets. From small, charming neighborhoods to places where you can catch a glimpse of the vibrant lives of Osaka residents, many spots possess their own unique character, allowing you to discover new charms every time you visit. In *3 Days in Osaka*, we introduce everything from iconic landmarks with distinctive atmospheres that are enjoyable to visit multiple times to cozy little neighborhoods. For food, we have carefully selected a diverse range of spots, from famous places you would regret missing out on to local eateries packed with residents. Feel free to add or remove the shops mentioned throughout the book according to your preference. If you walk around and look at your surroundings as if taking a leisurely stroll, you will discover even more.

I bought this because it was good, even though there weren't many reviews... but honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to someone traveling to Osaka for the first time. There isn't a large overall map, I skimmed through the whole book in less than 30 minutes, and now I'm planning to go to the bookstore tomorrow to buy another book...

The 3 Days series published by RHK currently has six volumes released, and having read up to Osaka in the Japanese city section, I can consider it finished. Osaka is a special city to me. While every place is special, Osaka feels particularly special and familiar. Even before traveling to Japan, I knew the region well—knowing what was famous there and where to go—so much so that I didn't need to do much research before heading to Osaka. Because it felt that familiar and close, I prepared even

My personality is such that I usually don't consider books under 200 pages to be real and don't read them... but I really like this book... because it solves the dilemma I always face when traveling abroad: where to go and where to stop by... How should I describe travel? Although everyone has different purposes, it can be said that travel consistently begins and ends with eating. Seeing, feeling, and enjoying are all important, but since you can only truly enjoy and feel a trip by eating, this

When I first received this book, memories of planning my first-ever trip to Jeju with friends came flooding back. Back then, being immature, I prepared so diligently—intended to save money and cultivate independence—that I packed an enormous amount of luggage, practically setting up a whole household. In the end, well, it was just pure misery. Haha. I devoured several books about Jeju while researching the destination; while they might have been somewhat helpful, the biggest help was

My first impression upon receiving this book was that it is incredibly thin, small, and highly portable. It is slightly larger than a pocketbook—though not tiny—yet packed with substantial content. I found it deeply impressive that if you were to take a three-day solo trip to Osaka, you could carry it around so conveniently without having to go around advertising yourself as a traveler with a standard guidebook. This "3 Days" series, an ambitious and meaningful release from RHK, the company

I love Japan and have traveled there, but I don't know why the more I see and learn about it, the more I like it, the more new it seems, and the more I want to know. Osaka is a place I have visited exactly once, and it is also one of my most recent destinations. Since it was my fifth trip, I started reading *3 Days in Osaka* to reminisce about my time there with a bit more ease. While reading, I had a really hard time resisting the urge to pack my bags and leave for a trip right away. I love
