Description

The latest revised edition of *Enjoy Nagoya 100 Times More*, a guidebook for travelers dreaming of ‘Sohwakhaeng’, has been published! ‘Sohwakhaeng’ is a neologism referring to small yet certain happiness found in everyday life. It is a place where the warmth of serving freshly made toast and boiled eggs to customers ordering coffee in the morning still lingers; a mecca for gourmets filled with famous dishes on the bucket lists of foodies; the largest shopping mecca in the Chubu region, packed with arcades and large department stores; and one of Japan’s top three cities, featuring Nagoya Castle—one of Japan’s most famous castles—and parks nestled between quiet alleyways that serve as resting places. No matter your travel purpose, Nagoya is undoubtedly the destination where you can truly experience ‘Sohwakhaeng.’ The latest revised edition of *Enjoy Nagoya 100 Times More*, a guide for travelers dreaming of happiness, has been released. Based on on-site coverage, we have curated Nagoya's hottest spots and updated them with the latest information. The entire text has been revamped with a clean and refreshing design, capturing both practicality and visual appeal. The primary focus of this revised edition is a guide to Japan's charming small towns. It provides a comprehensive guide to small cities full of unique appeal that have not been properly covered in other travel books, including Inuyama and Tokoname—which are not far from Nagoya—as well as Kanazawa, Takayama, and Shirakawa-go. In addition to this substantial main book, it is compiled with a travel Japanese conversation book supervised by Siwon School, Korea's No. 1 language learning brand, and a Nagoya map book featuring QR codes that link to Google Maps.

You need to study hard and prepare well. I couldn't take the limousine bus from the airport to downtown Nagoya because service has been suspended since 2018. While apps like Let's Go or Just Go had page numbers linked to maps, this book... you really have to study hard. You need the Japanese pronunciation to read it, but since it uses kanji readings exactly as they are, um... I actually had to show the pictures in the book when I was in Japan. It is difficult for someone who doesn't know
