The book was written to introduce basic knowledge and information to health workers and students who first studied immunology. It has been steadily developing over the last 50 years, and especially with the development of molecular technology, it is an important tool for studying and diagnostic diseases, helping us to develop a cure for various diseases, and that's very fast. The revisions tried to add new information, including pictures and charts, and to modify difficult expressions to help us understand the content, thereby providing the latest and optimal immunology. And we changed the academic terms into our own, and we developed English to convey the meaning as accurately as possible, and also modified appendixes including the term book. It's a study of the defense reactions from pathogens, including foreign substances, bacteria, viruses and protozoans, and immune responses to cells that are altered in our bodies differently from our own proteins. The primary defense against foreign materials and pathogens is a skin-like barrier that blocks the pathogens that enter the body. When the tissue barrier penetrates, there are cells in the body that respond quickly to pathogens. These cells have macrophages and neutrophils that can eat the pathogen and kill without the aid of antibodies. Also, the immune system is involved in the inhibition of essential nutrients from pathogens, organic material on the surface of epithelial tissue, secretions and blood defense. This is called the creation or non-specific immunity. The secondary immune defense is either the acquired or the unusual immunity that will respond to the invasion of the pathogen after a few days.
