Bridgeman has been a professor of physics at Harvard University and won the Nobel Prize for physics in 1946 for the pioneering work on water quality research in hyper-pressure techniques and high-heap-pression pressures. He's done a lot of work in experimental physics, especially in high temperatures and high pressure, and he has devised methods that we use today for semiconductive growth. Brigill was interested not only in the theoretical structure of quantum mechanics and relativity, which began to take its place in normal science in the 1920s, but also in the relationship between theoretical statements and experimental facts as an experimental physicist. Here he felt that he could not interpret the new physics of quantum mechanics and relativity as a traditional concept, and he looked at it in his laboratory experience and analyzed the relationship between concepts and experiences. This book is a key image of Bridger's view of this. Bridgeman is the first person to organize manipulation, as people call it, the most systematic and consistent form of manipulation. So while manipulation is perceived by scientific philosophers as a sect of extreme realism or empiricalism, it should be noted that people who study real physics, especially most experimental physicists, have an unconscious awareness of the manipulation definition of the subject. From a manipulation point of view, Einstein's special theory of relativity is a typical example of the relationship between the composition of concepts and manipulations, which Bridgeman considered to be an example of a manipulation of concepts.
