I was pulled from the west-class section and read the Haupeking Party. And as soon as I first saw it, I thought of the thick weight of the book and the college major. I read the 520 pages of her book with all my heart. The author, Pauline Pigoney, has been in the field of product development and food science for over 10 years. I thought his long-term experience and his NOuha were very well-smated in books. As the introduction to the book showed, the effort to focus on the eye height of the

Haw baking courses is a book near the berry bread. This is a basic baking manual that has been scientifically clear, logical, and so on. It's actually solved in a series form. I think you can read it simply as you read it. I've been wondering about it from time to time, but I'm having a lot of doubts that I'd forgotten about. Why is syrup so thick? We can think about and explore the basics of the theory. But it's not that hard to remember, so when you look at it, it'll be something that you can

Now, after ten years of training as an instructor, I have a lot of questions, I need to know, but I don't have a professor or a teacher to ask as much as I once did. I don't think it's going to be my best teacher. If you have a student who has chosen a recipe loaf, please read this book. A taste book about cooking bread that we'll learn. This is a basic baking library that's very simple to read. If you invest in one, it's good to get the basics done.

And from the beginning of the second year, we started baking, and we saw YouTube and books and stuff, and often we failed to make it alone, and sometimes the results were different than we thought. I'm curious about why it's different from what I thought it was, and I don't know the basics, but I've been so frustrated and worried that I won the epic exam: I got my first book and I looked at the table of contents and I just saw it and I wanted to be able to study the parts I was wondering about,

I could follow the early Bakers YouTube videos that I just started, or I could stick to the recipes of baking books, but when the results are so different, I'm really frustrated about leaving the bad ones. I couldn't even find the cause of the poor material or the bad process. I don't have a basic knowledge of baking, and I think failure was probably understandable because I didn't understand the conditions and materials that I made. I thought this book was a good book to give me answers. And

It's been two years since we started baking as a hobby, and at first we were focused on producing complete and unfading results (and that's too much), and we wondered why we would do this in this way, beyond following the recipes, and why we use these ingredients in this fashion, and what the different flavors and flavors of the diets are. If [Baking is science], the hobby of understanding the principle of baking is much more complex and specific, and it's close to textbook. The cover is very

I'm a home Baker, and I've been really curious about this, and it's really great to know this book, but it'll be written down in a way that makes it easier to understand and it will be so expensive and it is so much more complicated. I was so excited to get more information on the 500 pages, and I thought I was going to go through a little bit of detail and maybe even some of the rooms that I had set up to supplement the explanation. And because of the detailed description of all the grain,
