It's been a while since we entered the age of knowledge-information, and we have seen the end of the era of looking at data as a separate subject, or putting it off, or asking someone else to do something about it. So for modern people who have to sum up or predict a variety of explanations and technologies, we would say that the basic concepts of statistics, statistics, techniques and statistics, are infrastructures for rational decision making. If you look at the composition of the book, chapters one and two will show you how to describe and summarize the data collected.
