Park Young-bok et al.: Contract law
The book covers in detail the concept of the 'constitution' and the general ruling of the law, which are the sum total of the laws that govern personal bonds between individuals that occur through contracts. Our Civil Code calls chapter three, chapter two, a contract that is regulated by the contract with the 15th of the total. The First Amendment defines the generality of contracts, contract validation, contract effective (second), contract reduction and break-up (third), and there are 15 individual pre-constitution types in total. While the terms of these civil laws are considered to be the most important, they also provide discipline for other covenant types used in office, as well as for many other special laws related to contracts imposed by state agencies. This book deals with these practical laws. It was written in a way that made it easier for readers to develop expertise in the law, so that it could be understood by the laws and the rules. In particular, by introducing a number of cases through the Supreme Court's precedent, the reserve law code required knowledge of the contract laws, of course, has made it possible for the legal code to be accessed so that the standard knowledge of living law in terms of the terms of contract is not difficult to understand.
