I know it's good to work with my colleagues, but when it doesn't work like the mind, it is a guide to smooth up the collaboration for the restructuring of the curriculum. For educational instruction and re-integration activities, the teacher learning community has provided adequate questions, procedures, discussions and so on. Teachers are the actors who run classroom classes and schooling, and are being called on to take responsibility as well as a lot of privileges. Over the course of the course, the emphasis is on educational expertise, which has thus become the basis for teaching expertise that cannot be ignored. Also stressed is collective expertise to work out problems in the field beyond personal expertise and with fellow teachers. The teaching community's activities are thus becoming a substitute for teachers' specialized kidneys. The authors conducted lectures and connections for prospective teachers and field teachers who had a critical understanding of the curriculum and actively re-structuring it. The experience has led to a protocol that is available directly to teachers in the teaching community. The essential success factor of the teaching community is communication and collaboration between teachers. But many teachers have difficulty forming a communication and partnership because of differences in their career, knowledge, and so on. Most of the communication is taken over by one-way transmission, led by a few teachers. In this situation, protocols are being proposed as an alternative to promoting professional dialogue in the teaching community. The curriculum's reading protocol allows you to communicate with the core deep and helps you to make the process work more efficiently.
