Park Soon-ae et al.: Public Officials' Perceptions and Organizational Behavior
Over the last two years, Corona19 Pandemimix has been rated as an extraordinary event that no one in the world has ever expected. Corona19 not only has, in itself, caused a huge impact on society in general, but has also created a revolution in public society. In particular, the task of re-inhabiting became commonplace and the use of digital technology became commonplace. At the same time, the spread of infectious diseases across borders made public sectors more important and highlighted the importance of research in public recognition and behavior as key agents for designing and executing government policies. The script is a study that focuses on performance management of public sectors and uses research from government recognition studies that have been accumulated by the University of Seoul School of Administratives for the past decade and a half. The book particularly discusses various topics of organized plagiarism, including the reinterpretation of papers that were published in English and difficult to access. The beginning of the book deals with the most popular public performance evaluation system. In performance evaluations, we have tested whether gender, current years, performance, and testing bias actually appears. And then, by looking at the difference in recognition of administrative changes due to corona19 and artificial intelligence technology, we looked for ways to prepare for the fourth Industrial Revolution, while also teaching the Corona19 experience. We're also introducing studies of factors affecting the innovation of regulations and whether performance management systems in public contribute to performance improvement and bring desirable results to organizations.
