Park Kyung-deok: South Korean Resident Autonomy Reference Book

Park Goode, author of the book, was first in the city of government in 2011. I looked for books to consult, but I didn’t have any books to check on. He decided to write his own book and set up his own business as a real-time minister, and published the first civil autobiography book written by field experts in '68.
