Pro-optimistic economics is universal, but the problem is that the more universal the theory is, the more abstract it is and the less remote it is from reality. The economy is not only changing all the time, but also being dominated by high-resolution uncertainty and self-consistence. The economic factors are not the only ones that determine economic phenomena and change, but the economic ones that are not independent, interact with other areas of society. Society is not just a building built of bricks and mortar, but an organism that's connected to each other. Economists reject social organic access and prefer mechanical economic laws, but to understand economic behavior and phenomena, we need to cooperate with the other side of the science.
