I bought it for college fellowship. And it's a great book, not only of Japanese grammar, but also of Japanese life and culture, which is actually helping us understand.

It's an effective textbook, because it allows you to identify Japanese culture and to learn basic grammar and spoken language on the ground, separate from ordinary and polite.
I think it's a very useful book for the first time in Japanese. It's nice to have some fun with Japanese and then buy some of the other books that you don't have.
