Park Gye-hwan: Strip the man of his clothes
*Strip a Man* introduces methods for designing your own body. Rather than training methods for building a bulky physique, it explains how to create an attractive body that enhances style. It covers the body-building process and precautions, and is structured to enable effective workouts that anyone can easily follow. It also examines how to exercise more effectively. From basic stretching to spinal alignment and workout strategies for specific body parts, it presents these techniques accompanied by color photographs. Along with a weekly diet workout program, it even provides guidance on food and supplement intake.
