The United States has been systematically using programs to export weapons at the government level, as FMS has done in the past. Our country, the sponsor, had to cut off the case of developed countries such as the United States and Canada in intergovernmental transactions and to set up the Konysts (Centers for the Salvage Trade Support) in 2013 at KOTak.
