We all want to provide better care and education service, with a quality of quality, for the happiness of our children. In recent years, the role of infant care and education has been greatly emphasized by the quality of the educational site as it is moved from home to institution, and teacher expertise is a major factor in the quality and development of the field of education. The Korean Institute for the Education and Welfare has revised the standard reconciliation standard in '46 to publish the material of child care instruction for teaching foster-sex and re-training. The content of the study of child observation and behavior in the standard curriculum is intended to help us develop the ability to observe in real life the basic aspects of learning and behavior related to observing infants and to apply theoretical knowledge to understand the growth and development of infants. It also provides examples of applications of various observation techniques and offers a way of practicing through actual observation, helping to explore infants in objective and scientific ways. The book was devoted to the content of the standard curriculum, but also tried to improve the teacher's expertise and at the same time contain essential and applicable material and real examples at the educational site. Teachers' expertise requires sensitivity in care, positive interaction, and educational expertise in child care and planning educational topics and activities.
