It's nice to see that our traditional art of court art and the literary paintings is systematically well-explained and classified in terms of social differences and manufacturing skills, design intentions and how to express themselves. I recommend it.
Thank you for explaining our painting so that we can understand it with a little bit of knowledge.
Park Eun-soon: Such beautiful Korean paintings
The book is a commentary on the past and can be seen in the nature and personality of our culture as we read the colorful expressions of the thoughts, hearts and teeth of the ancients in the old painting. There are many works, including the openings of the royal court, the greeting of the king and the palace capital, the palace monks, and the wrestling of the people's lives. Picture, a cup of coffee and a painting, a sense of leisure and beauty. But why can't we think of traditional painting and traditional tea in this beauty? Is traditional painting more difficult and more challenging than Westernization? A comment that puts a traditional conversation in the room, and allows you to enjoy it comfortably, having a cup of tea. From the beginning of the artist's birth, it was the idea that such a synopsis, which translates what the painting is saying and not what it is, would make our old painting a crossword to be accessible and enjoyed. This is a book in which moderns can easily understand what the old good people are trying to say and to tell you about the memories of the painting, in that sense, and translate the language of the paintings into a written language.
