It's a book. There's a lot of practice problems in the material that are very useful, and it's helpful to try a little bit every day with pleasure and benefit. Try it.
I spent days in the library borrowing books from Spanish and comparing them, and finally buying them. Spanish number one? "What if I Were to Die?". He thinks grammar is important (the example of course is spoken) and it's very useful to put grammar plus recall.
I should say, Curiculm is a textbook. It's nice to have a very good grammar-slice-pattern practice on every chapter of the book.
