Park Byung-ho: Legal thought of early modern Joseon
These are the accounts that show the course of learning from the late '40s until now. Looking back, I feel a little bit of self-worth and self-interest. I feel a certain pride in establishing the Korean Law School as a science and a course of law, which has led to the creation of the Republic of Korea’s outside-of-the-laws and private-synthesis Ministry. But the current level of research and very few researchers cannot hide their self-inflict. We cannot hide from the fact that more researchers would be involved if we were to emphasize more and more the importance of the law. Since the mid-'200s, the Humanities Crisis has been a social woe, and all science, especially pure, is now being discussed, and law science as ‘the science’ is also a case of cutting off at the edge of the cliff. The history of laws with aggravating legal experience and legal emotion in the community reveals the identity of members. In the age of globalization, a national and ethnic identity is essential to our awareness of history, and not to mention law and law. To improve and identify and develop our national identity, universal identity, law enforcement, study of law judges is essential. This library is hoping that the latter will help us to study self-immolative law, which does not lose its identity in the stream of a uniform world. On May 31, 2023, the author was awarded a copy of The Fourth Korean Book of Writing, which is jointly presented by the Korean Law Ministry and the Foundation for Central Research. The first edition is a half-century prize prize, and the feeling is even new. This prize is considered an encouragement to the schools that are taking a lonely path beyond evaluation of my life.
