Description

As life expectancy around the world sets new records year after year, we are entering an era in which people live to 100—the age of Homo hundred. In developed regions such as Europe and North America, solutions for preparing for an aging society are constantly being discussed. Yet most of the debate remains focused on elder-care policies or reshaping industries to profit from older consumers. Nowhere is there an easy answer to a powerful desire shared by everyone: how can we maintain a youthful appearance for as long as our longer lives allow? In this context, dermatologist Dr. Byung-soon Park’s book Why Does My Friend Look So Young? offers broad information and insight into how we should approach aging.

I enjoyed it. The way it shares personal experiences to convey lessons is excellent. The easy-to-understand analogy about stem cells made aging easier to understand.

I think something like this should be distributed for free, not sold. This review concerns the publication alone and is completely separate from the author’s
