It is quite thick. I have high expectations because it seems like it will be an informative book rather than a fun one.
I had my eye on this book since I was pregnant, and I finally ordered it after giving birth and raising my child. Since I am realizing the importance of words and thoughts, I think this book will be even more helpful.
It is a must-read for all parents and psychological counselors. Children learn and behave by observing their parents' words and actions. The root of a child's problems stems from the transference of parental anxiety and indifference.

My second child, now five, is a wild, unruly rascal running around. Oh Eun-young: Anxious Mom, Indifferent Dad (Recover)
A mother who feels a pang of sadness when thinking of her child yet constantly nags; a father who is always strict and gets angry first. Why do parents feel anxious and fearful while raising children? What problems do anxiety and fear cause in parenting? A child can only be happy if parents resolve their own anxiety and fear! From childcare issues to education, friends, character, health, and lifestyle habits, Dr. Oh Eun-young’s A to Z of parenting dispels parents’ helpless anxiety. A must-read for parents who struggle with emotional regulation! A mother who nags and pesters her child at every opportunity, and a father who is indifferent to the child's affairs or gets angry first. Why do parents do this every time, knowing they will regret it the moment they turn around? Dr. Oh Eun-young, known as the "National Parenting Mentor" and "God of Parenting," states that the cause of parents failing to regulate their emotions—such as getting angry, shouting, and regretting—stems from their own anxiety. She sternly warns that this anxiety creates marital conflict and turns children into anxious individuals. Anxious parents have no room to respect their children. The more anxious they are, the more their worries multiply, and those worries spiral out of control. Eventually, their insides burn up to ashes, and they lash out furiously at whatever comes their way. They get angry because they don't know how to express their anxious feelings, or they get angry again because their spouse doesn't resolve that anxiety. As their anxieties clash, they end up living in a constant state of anger. However, the target of this anger is usually their own child. Ultimately, to parents, the child often becomes an object that is acceptable to get angry at.
