It says on the main cover that this is a message of encouragement for the 13-18 age group and the youth... so I felt obligated to write a review... but thinking, "13-18? I'm not young anymore, haha," and wondering if it might not quite suit me, I couldn't read it right away and waited a day or two. I read the table of contents and started reading line by line.
