The emergence of new IT technologies and fusion industries, such as Big Data and Iot (things on the Internet), has given our nation another leap into the world's highest I.T. power, while it is challenging to find a combination of new industries to violate the personal information available in the technology process and to seek protection of personal information. The NIS, Administrative Office, Communications Commission, the financial committee, the Future Sciences and Health Service, the Ministry of Personal Information, the Department of Information, and the Ministry for Human Services, try to eliminate corporate uncertainty and development by providing a clear list of undiscernative standards of personal information and the range of non-disclarial information that is needed to make sure that large data is safely available within the framework of the current privacy legislation. It is also estimated that undiscernated information that has made it possible to prevent the identity of the informationholders from being identified by this guideline is not personal information, so it can be used for large data analysis and so on. However, the undiscernated information should be safely used and managed by administrative and technical safety measures for re-discovery, considering the potential to re-existe with technology, increasing data.
