The book's content is fine, but the product condition is terrible. I don't have time to return it, so I'll just use it, but the box is dirty and has knife cuts on it. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, so I suspect you knew the condition was poor from the start when you sent it. Please send a good quality item from the beginning.
