In these times of enormous daily flow of medical research, the technology to criticize paper is a vital capacity for medical people to have. But there are not so many manuals that can easily explain the concept of criticism and essential knowledge, or help us make effective access to them. And we had a group of specialists interested in primary-central medicine studying together, directing students and generals, and finding good reference books with some simple but core material on medical criticism, and starting translation with a joyful heart, all studying. Although it's not dealing in detail with methodology and statistical concepts associated with criticism, I think it will be a good document to help students and medical students understand basic knowledge and skills that they should know about, as well as to help them start their medical paper with a table or drawing. The new four editions were especially organized to form more structured concepts than three, and many of the ends were added to the actual readings from clinical papers to help readers understand. The authors liken learning the art of criticizing papers to learning a foreign language. You get words and concepts that nobody is familiar with, but if you work hard like learning a foreign language, you increase, you master, and the more often you do it, the easier it becomes.
