Namgung Geun: State administration since democratization
The biggest change in the second edition was adding a comparison of policy adjustment with the government of Sixth Chronicles. In contrast to post-democracy regimes, the pre-democratic republics have set up a comparison of the government's policy adjustments. In a broad sense, policy-modified mechanisms include the management of the government's affairs and actions, including the maintenance of the State’s 7th regime (especially organization, personnel, financial and public institutions) and the 9th chapter of government'. Chapter 6 described the broad-scale use of policy-making methods and tried to measure their results through expert Del Fays' surveys. They also compared the historic change in Korean policy control performance to seven foreign countries: British (Britain, New Zealand, Netherlands, Sweden), French (France, Belgium), and American (U.S.A.). In addition to chapter 6, the first edition was largely supplemented by the unsavvy part. The results of the domestic and international statistics and expert Del Fay survey have been fully used in evaluations of the state’s administrative performance. The second edition has increased in volume and is forced to eliminate the actions of the first president and the policy tools of the third president (see author's Policy, if necessary). Meanwhile, the first edition of Part 3 has a policy adjustment in the core of the government placed in front of Part II.
