Mwamba Kabakulu: African Proverb Dictionary
A dictionary of African proverbs translated directly by the University of São Joohee, Mömba Kabakulru, an African literary professor at Saerui University in Senegal, has only monopolized the East African Proverbss, published in 1993, and is the first domesticly introduced African advert. This dictionary is a major new indicator of African cultural history, which has long been underrated and unregistered, to the national community, in order for Africans to share it directly. It's believed that the truths of life, which are based on the nature and human social experience of African society, were compressed into a brief metaphor. For this reason, in Africa, a proverb is classified as a genre of oral literature that is much more useful than epic poetry and stories. In fact, an African proverb has a very strong identity of the wisdom of African life and traditional culture. A typologist in Africa is the first domestic dictionary to convey the cultural and social function of these African proverbs.
