“High-performing individuals practice seven principles every day. You don’t have to work like crazy, be a genius, or run into luck. Anyone can achieve top performance if they know how to work.” We feel a sense of purpose when we make a valuable contribution to others (individuals or organizations) or society in a way that is personally meaningful and harms no one. The top 1% of talent who achieve results while working less not only succeed at work but also manage their personal lives well. What
