A book was published that suggested the impact of local management and the financial resources of the community two years after the city was released. Earlier, we introduced various systems for using public space through the local management activities in Japan, the United States and Europe. The following book outlines local management distribution of local management activities, the use of local interests, how to get resources and results from the activity. Local manias at the time of the full-grown city, with new orientations for urban renewal, are being noted for local management and town maniment. In the future, social organizations created by land owners, citizens, business agents and stakeholders should be able to raise and maintain local prices and create resources for their interests to bear. A sustainable local management operation requires resources, and overseas, a system of funding for forced detention, such as taxes. It also measures and reviews the effects of the activity, leading to new systems that use distribution money to collect interest, finance, advertising, space applications, and so forth, to help improve local values. The book introduces local management systems and resources and taxes during the process of forwarding local management, the effect of local management activities, the effective partnership between organizations and public and private communities, and the direction that local management is going to take. ‘ What is the effect of the regional manager? ‘ Will local manziment make our village better? ’.
