I bought this for my kids because they love comics. I’m glad that seeing it in book form seems to have made them even more interested in reading!
Maru is so cute, and I love the creator, Mozo! The things that happen to Maru and all of us are so fun. I love reading the webtoon, so I bought this to keep. My middle-school daughter keeps reaching for this book!
It’s funny, and although I don’t really want to buy webtoons, I think this one is okay for my older elementary-schooler. Thanks to this book, my younger child reads it too.
My child loves it so much.
I bought it because my child wanted a print copy even though they already read the webtoon. Maybe because it’s still new, they treasure it so much they won’t let their younger sibling look at it, haha. I expected it to arrive the next day as usual, but shipping seems to have taken about two days this time.
Reading Maru Is a Puppy is comforting, fun, and hilarious. I’m so glad to be living in the same era as this comic...
I try not to buy comics if I can help it, but my child loves this series so much that we counted down the days until the new volume came out. The art is cute, and it was fun to read.
The kids love it, and my older daughter even entered the event. We really hope to get the set of all six postcards!
Mojo: Maru is puppy 4
“Heehee! Maru came out with older sister Mahi, too!” The pink cover illustration captures a happy moment between Mahi and Maru. The delightful pup Maru, who brings the cuteness to Naver Webtoon every Tuesday, is back in the fourth volume of the comic book series! “Does the assistant know what Juice does for work?” Sniff, sniff… Detective Maru catches the scent of a case and follows Juice, who is looking unfamiliar. Then Im Juice’s true identity is revealed… “Aha, so Juice wasn’t unemployed after all!?” The fourth volume of Maru Is a Puppy includes webtoon episodes 40–52 and a special bonus comic, “The Rainbow Villa Story.” This volume features stories ranging from Maru excitedly preparing a gift after being invited to Seoyul’s birthday party to various episodes with the new neighbors Maru meets for the first time at Rainbow Villa. “They say that if you find a four-leaf clover, your wish will come true!” Paper cranes, shooting stars, even airplanes… and a heart that’s far more powerful than any of them: Maru’s. What wish did Maru make for the neighborhood dog Sarang…?
