As the dust and the heavyness of the dust have prolonged, the public’s anxiety has become acutely high, and as the dust reduction has reached policy agenda agenda agenda, the government has enacted a ‘special law on micromeal cooling and management’ to provide legal basis. There is a goal to study the system to make policy effective through inter-organized inter-governmental partnerships, including solidarity between central governments and collaboration between central and local governments.
