Michael Wiklund et al.: Medical device usability
Technology has created a variety of medical devices, which have highlighted safety and validity. Medical devices are directly related to the health and life of patients and need to prevent potential safety factors that can occur when users use medical devices. But as the importance of the current use of medical equipment in terms of carelessness and design problems in the user has grown, it is a guide to understand the underlying cause of the medical failure to use the medical device in real health. The design of industry and user interfaces is part of creative use-fits engineering that is difficult, hard to understand and is creative. But with our limited knowledge of human capacity and the limitations of applied behavior science, it is not easy to design completely self-intuitive early. To design high quality user interfaces, you need to use multiple cycles to do difficult and demanding repetitions of design, testing, redesigning, and re-checking. If there is no rigorous fundamental analysis here, even if there is a repeated cycle of design and testing, the learning will actually be impossible. This book is a great contribution to the study of literature on how to do fundamentals analysis, since it applies to user interfaces.
